Topics
We welcome a wide range of submissions on topics related to interaction design, user experience, and human-computer interaction, with a particular focus on cooperation between academic research and industry practice: how it was frustrating during a particular project or how it worked like a charm, how it enriched a project, or how it was hard to find proper actionable information, how industry partners opened academic eyes, or how the different pace of the commercial world really did not match with the academic pace, how strong structural bridges between academia and professional practice were built – for instance in the form of professional doctorates, or continuing cooperation – or how a feeble bridge got destroyed by the first little gush of wind.
We welcome all these stories. We need to understand how the two domains currently work together, and how they could work together.
All these topics can be covered in a variety of contributions.
